The Chair shall supervise the administration of the Academy, including the implementation of policies adopted by ASPA, the Board of Directors, the Operations Committee, and the House of Delegates. The Chair shall preside at the meetings of the Academy, the Board of Directors, and the House of Delegates. The Chair is further responsible for monitoring and directing Academy activities to ensure objectives are being met. Dennis T. Martino, CPM The Chair-Elect shall succeed to the office of Chair upon conclusion of the term of office for which they were elected, or upon a vacancy in the office of Chair; and perform other duties as directed by the Chair. Committee responsibilities: Operations Committee. Bill Herman, CPM The Secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings of the Academy; serve as custodian of the Constitution & Bylaws, Standard Operating Procedures, records and files of the Academy; and perform other duties as directed by the Chair.
The Treasurer shall assume responsibility for the financial affairs of the Academy and act as Chief Financial Officer. As shall make recommendations concerning the Academy’s financial affairs to the Chair; and perform other duties as directed by the Chair. Committee responsibilities: Finance Dan Matthys, CPM The Director of Education shall make recommendations to the Board for Rick M. Ward-Harder, CPM The Director of Communications shall perform duties related to various Academy Director of Membership: Vacant The Director of Membership shall maintain the official membership roster,
Becky Bryant, CPM Email: abbryant70@windstream.net The Immediate Past-Chair, a non-voting member of the Board of Directors but a voting member of the House of Delegates, shall advise the Chair as requested and perform other duties as directed by the Chair. Committee responsibilities: Society Support Committee. The Consortium Liaison shall represent AACPM at Consortium meetings as one of AACPM’s two voting members on the Consortium Board; and perform other duties as assigned by the Section Chair. |
